I'm very mature for my age. Even my parents will tell you that.

Nothing is impossible, but my opinion is that it would be a bad idea. An 18 year old is in a much different place in there life than a 25 year old even. There is so much developing going on at that point in a person's life that they don't even realize at the time. Someone who is 28 or even 38 is more settled in their life.

it truly all depends. iv'e always dated older guys and the issues has somewhat been on age but not really, i found it's based on life experiences and what you what and your partner. The things that you want might not be what your man wants or how mature and how well you get along with one another. If you can also handle ppl loking cause if it's an age gap of 20 or more so years ppl will look or even some will have the guts and ask why. But all in all i think if both ppl cared about eachother then age really shouldnt matter

There isn't anything wrong with dating older guys. I'm dating a guy who is 11 years older than me and we get along well, we have great conversations and I believe we're at the same level in a lot of aspects. For me, older guys are hot b/c they're more mature than guys of my age, plus they're more stable and know what they want. In your case, if you're 18, you're still has a lot to learn (like all of us) but at this age the way of thinking changes more. It's okay.. Give it a try!

Once you turn 18, it's your own decision. I don't see a problem with it. When I was younger, my 16 year old sister was dating a 24 year old guy. I thought it was very wrong. But now, they're happily married. I don't think society's opinion should really matter, it's how you feel that counts. If you find someone you really connect with, age doesn't matter (as long as you're legal). If society can't handle it, it's not your problem, it's theirs, don't let them stop you from being happy. There's always going to be someone who doesn't agree, no matter what you're doing in life, you just have to learn to block it out, and do what you think is best for yourself. Good luck!

i think it can if the girl is @ the same maturity level as he is. Im 18 myself and I find it very hard to get into a relationship with guys my age... I hate how most of them act and there is really no good conversation between us b/c there heads are still stuck in middle school somewhere.. i feel as long as you are legal and you both are happy do whatever you want to do

WELL IN MY OPINION, I THINK IT MAY WORK MY B/F IS 16 YRS. OLDER THAN ME IM 19 AND HE'S 35, WE GET ALONG VERY WELL. U CAN TRY IT IT MAY WORK, BUT JUST MAKE SURE THAT IS WHAT U REALLY WANT, BECAUSE SOME GUYS THAT ARE MUCH OLDER THAN U ARE MORE EXPERIENCED AND MAY NOT BE INTO THE SAME THINHS AS U THEN U WILL RUN INTO A PROBLEM. SO FOLLOW UR HEART, BUT I DON'T THINK NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT

It depends on your maturity. But then again, guys don't really mature until they are about 30 (if ever). Five years is fine. Ten years, well, it's still fine. Just remember though, when you are 28, he will be 38. When you are 38, he will be 48 . . . and so on. Does this bother you?

I think that if u want to try it then go ahead. What's the worst that could happen. U know what u want and no one can tell u better than u can. You're 18 so it's not like he's going to be arrested, LOL.

yes and know again it depends on weather the 2 people are suited to one another, age does not really matter, but in some cases it does, do what feels right in your heart there is no real answer for this question.
