I have been working out for a couple of weeks, but for the past two weeks, I haven't been able to because right when I start I get like a terrible headache, I don't understand cause I am drinking a lot of water before and during and all that, any solutions without taking painkillers.

I don't want to do that, only cause I heard that if you do that it will spur muscle growth.

Nah, I eat before like two hours before, I do jumping jacks and other warm up things before and this is all after I'm well awake.

That's really cruddy. Does it have anything to do with time of day? Is it too early in the morning? I can't exercise in the morning because I'm too groggy and it makes me feel blah. Are you eating anything beforehand?

I looked up your problem and found a pretty interesting website. I hope it helps you!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Are you stretching out all of your body for about 15 minutes before you began your workout? I used to get headaches when I would rush into my workout, because I wasn't allowing the blood in my body to warm up and circulate properly.
