i have a lump on the side of my right neck, and i t is like regular skin but has a lump under it.i think it is a tumor! i am scared to death that i might die. i noticed thhe lump like a week ago. will i die? or is it just a little problem which the docter can remove it with surgery? i am so scared! =(

its probably not cancer but it probably is a tumor see a doc they will probably just remove it then do a biopsy then you will know don't worry till its time good luck

Don't panic, an uncle of mine one day woke up an notice a lump on his neck, but like most men, he ignored it, eventually he got another one, and ignored it again but them they started to grow, until we noticed it, he said it was nothing, we had to convince him to go to the doctor, and all it was was fat that for some reason gather there, he had surgery(nothing major) and hes fine and a alive. Most everything has a solution, hiding from things is not the right solution. Have someone you trust go with you to see the doctor. And don't stress about it, don't wait to long because it it is something more, it's better to catch it in time rather then wait.

You have not had this lump for very long--it is probably a swollen lymph gland. You could be getting a cold, sinus infection, or it could even be a cyst. I would call the dr and schedule an appt, but it may even disappear in the next few days. You are way over-reacting.

More than likely it is a sebaceous cyst, a boil or a swollen lymph node. Only a doctor can tell you for sure. Best to get an appointment and get it seen as soon as possible so you are not worrying yourself to death.

It sounds like you could have a swollen lymph gland, just take a deep breath, relax, and go see your Dr., you will feel so much better after getting checked out. Try not too stress to much, it's probably not life threatening.

sounds like a sebaceous cyst. not to worry. worrying does nothing . go t your doctor and take care of it.

Calm down. It could be something as simple as a cyst! Get to your doctor or go straight to a dermatologist and let them take a look at it. Chill, it's not anything to get freaked out about.

Could be swollen gland not a big deal...if you're that worried I'd get it checked to be safe, if it is something bad, the faster they treat it the better....go to the doctor!

It is not sensible to worry about every lump and bump. It is sensible if you have a concern to see your GP to arrange diagnosis, and in your case I suspect maximum reassurance!
