Take them out to the park and swing, play catch. Simple little games, like match the pictures or colors or numbers. Look through animal books. Go to the library and get some picture books for kids. Great place to get some books on games to play with kids also.

finger paint
take a paper bag and color it to look like an underground home for one of her stuffed animals (like a rabbit, a fox, a ground hog ect.) decorate one side of the bag as dirt with worms, and the other as grass. glue some leaves on the top too.
set up an empty laundry basket and let them throw rolled up socks or crumpled paper balls into it.
Hide some stuff around the room and have them helo you find them. Hide them so they are visable still (like where have all the duckies gone?? or what happened to the grocceries in my cart??)
put on some music and dance together
wooden puzzles are great at that age.
Take out the tupper ware dishes and lids and let your little one try and figure out which matches each.
Draw with crayons, markers, or chalk.
Blow bubbles
go for walks together
take your kid to a childrens museum
cut out big feet shapes out of brown paper bags, write the letters of the alphabet ont hem and tape them to a hard floor making them a path. let your child walk down te path reding the letters.
cook together. Little ones love to crack eggs, stir, and pour.
play "pigs fly": call out an animal name and have them flap their arms like wings when an animal flies and stop when the animal doesn't.
Play simon says
Play peek-a-boo, use a toy and a scarf for a bit of a change, or play by leaving the room and re-apearing, or play hide and seek.
Whats wrong, get items like a sock and shoe, and book. put the shoe on then the sock or read the book upsied down. see if they try and fix whats wrong, if not say "is this how this goes?" "wasnt that silly"
play repeat the beat: Clap, pat your legs, hit a drum and make simple beats and have your child repeat them.
Make a touch bag: fill it with items of different textures (smooth, bumpy, silky, fluffy, rough ect) -have them describe how each item feels.
Hide something that plays a long song or noise and have them listen to find it
Play with puppets
Draw faces on paper plates with different emotions. Name them or ask your child to name how the person is feeling. Put on a show for your little on with the faces.
Use empty 2 litter plastic pop bottles as pins and get any ball and go "bowling"
make a box into: a car, a house, a bed, ect. color it and play in it. or take many boxes and stack like blocks
