I truly am in love. But not with him. I don't know how to tell my ex to kindof politly "back off." He says he cuts himself because I broke up with him and he is gonna kill himself cuz I don't love him anymore. I feel so guilty. I don't know what to do! HELP!

some help now. i had a friend that did kill his self.
so please tell someone , or you maybe like me never
thought he would do it. and now my friend is gone.

you are being manipulated. and if this guy is doing the things he says, and threatening suicide- then he is emotionally unstable and you don't need that. currently, his emotional blackmail is working on you. providing you were up front about breaking up with him, and you were not deceitful, then you have done nothing wrong and are not responsible for your ex. just to be sure, tell someone important in his life (parent, sibling) about his self-abusive behavior and suicide threat, then back away and cut all contact.

He's trying to guilt you and it's working... just ignore him and if he can't take the hint just plainly say "It's never gonna happen"... he'll get over it.
I had a boyfriend who did the same kinda stuff and after he finally got it through his head that I was never gonna go back to him, he got over it and moved on.. your ex will live, trust me.

Just say that he will find love, and that you aren't that person tell him that there is a person out there for him an dsay you could still be friends if stops actting weird.

call a self injury hot line and just tell him "i cant help with who i like and i love my bf and your makign it sooo hard, please just stop making me feal so bad" and cry while u say it lol im a guy and that will work !!!
