I just looked again.
It appears they were married (but their husbands did not leave the city.)
And they considered their father very old.

That is never mentioned. They were old enough to marry, however, and seemed to fully understand sex and reproduction. It would seem they were in their late teens or afterwards.

I'm hoping you're asking this in the name of knowledge and not to merely poke fun at something.
But in response, they weren't married but were sexually mature and were still staying with their dad at the time. Those are the only clues we have actually as Lot's other offspring, stayed behind in the city.

after they escape the city, since the girls think that the whole world is destroyed and they are the only survivors, they get him *really really* drunk, hussy themselves up like prostitutes, and screw him, intending to get pregnant and repopulate the world.
