why do women believe more in god than men?

As far fetched as that sounds, that is true, since women and men view the world differently. Woman tend to view the world on a more personal level than to men, and that includes the inner quality of life. Their world is more frenzied and chaotic. It doesn't seem to make sense but all this frenetic energy does bring harmony to the home. That is the way gravity works. At the smallest scale. From the inside out. A woman's life is more frenzied and can tend to get stuck.

Men view the world from the physical senses. Any time he has to turn into look at himself he becomes tunnel visioned and can't see anything else. But his strength is in the natural world where every thing is normal, rational, and routine. They oversee their world so that life in general keeps moving forward and progressing.

Let's face it.God made woman from man. And that's symbolic that all the "inner needs" of a man or her family is more important to her than any materials needs, as long as everyone in her world is happy. I don't know if there are more woman who believe more than men. But I do know they view the world in a more personal way then men do.

Women don't beleive more than men do. It depends on each person. Nieve to believe? No ... Women have been proven smarter about some things (although I can't remember what the article said right now) than men are. Generalizing doesn't work for Religion.

The bible backs-up the woman allot, allot of things in the bible refer in favor to a woman and the respect we must give to them, even when widowed or single. So that is why i think that woman feel better by going to church while when usually go because of their wives or to preach th word on. I also think that woman have a sense that most men don't have. When woman spread the word it gives the person a sense of appreciation. Plus the Bible is given more of a sensitive touch in the way it is written that attracts woman to read it. And church activities are usually leaded by a female.

Women are made to nurture, so they have a natural ability to be concerned for others. They tend to be great prayer warriors. But I don't know if more women believe, although I have noticed that more women seem to attend church then men.

(oh, did you mean Why are there more women theists than men theists?) I am not so sure there are. There seems to be more women in church than Men in church, but that simply means just that.

I was discussing this earlier with a friend..The only thing we could come up with was that women tend to be more submissive than men. Men tend to want to be in charge. I'm totally not speaking for ALL women or ALL men, there is clearly women who are not submissive and men who are. Anyways that was just my thought. :)
