I was given some chocolate covered espresso beans and I'm not sure how to eat them. Should I just crunch them or let them dissolve in my mouth?

You can do either. Depends on what you prefer. I like crunching them in my mouth.

Choclate is Sweet and Coffe Beans are hard sour.
So You need to chew them together. If you suck, the choclate would get dissolved and very soon you begin to get the bad taste of the beans... so Chew them together and get the blend of both.
they taste great when you chew them together.
Go Ahead and enjoy the great taste in the Morning..I'm sure you would certainly appreciate the wonderful taste!

just ate some the other day....i did both, chewed them to get full choc/coffee flavor and some i let melt in mouth and then crunched the bean (somewhat of a bitter aftertaste). My 4 year old got ahold of one, sucked off the chocolate and handed me the bean...

you have to chew them eventually. The bean won't dissolve on it's own.

i am pretty sure you can chew them but because they are edible you can suck on them i guess it wouldn';t hurt. but trying them with anything that has coffee in it is delicious!
