It depends on what day you file. If the IRS accepts your return by 11 am on Thursday (usually means filing by midnight Wednesday night) then your refund should be direct deposited on Friday of the following week.

Ours took 11 business days because the day we filed, we filed after 11AM, so we had to wait until the next round of checks were direct deposited the following Friday--otherwise it would of only taken 6 days to get it.

business days? about 8-10 days.Mine took 8 days (plus weekend) If some1 did them for you there is a no.# on the papers you can call to check the status of it. You need to know the total amt. you are getting back (not change) and how you filed...joint..married....? ok I looked it up for you. the # is-1-800-829-4477.
