I am only 32 so this is nothing to do with menopause.

My face goes beat red and starts to sweat so bad I can't put my make-up on before I leave the house in the morning. And if I have a shower it is ten times worse. Even if I use cool water and my place is cold.

I am a nut-case until it calms down. I can't find things, I can't think straight. By about a half hour after I get to work it calms down. Every once in a while it hits at other times than the mornings.

Someone told me it might be an adrenal gland thing.

I don't know anything about that, but I do have hypothyroidism and take synthroid for it. And no I am not hyperthyroid from the meds. I am in the normal range.

Does anyone else out there have a problem like this?

I do the same thing.. Sometimes I wait before putting on make up just to see if it's going to happen! I have thyroid cancer and the docs are always tweaking my meds so that I go from hypo to hyper. If you are sure that's not it you might check with your gynocologist and have him check you for Peri-Menopause. Hang in there!

Its different for each individual. My m/s grew to develop into truly consistent aching, intestine clenching 24-hour nausea, now no longer "waves". I favor it were because it ought to were a lot less complicated to address then!" i have were given had nausea and warmth flashes as PMS caution indications notwithstanding and mushy breasts are fairly a PMS problem. those will be menopausal indications and caution indications - my mum had particularly undesirable waves of nausea with her warmth flashes at the same time as she went interior the route of the menopause.
