Please help me i'm tired of this. I'm 13 and i'm 5'0 and i weight about 123 pounds

Many people say that weight lifting doesn't stunt your growth.
And many say it does.

I lift 15 pounds 20 times and 3 times a day on my arms.
It means that i lift a weight thats 15 pounds (20 times) and i do it like after i finish lifting it 20 times i take a 30 sec break and start over, and once more again. I do it every other day, if you dont understand me sorry.

I need to know if that will stunt my growth or not, i dont want to be short. so please someone tell me, if you dont understand what i just said very well, tell me you dont and i'll give you more of an explanation.

No, it won't stunt your growth. It will make you strong, burn fat, and make your body more toned and attractive. Keep it up.

No,I think you'd need to do a lot more than that to get to the point of having any negative results. Exercising doesn't stunt your growth unless you're doing MAJOR weights more than you are currently doing. If your family is short you probably will be too. Although each generation seems to be getting taller and having larger feet and it's generally believed it's because they have access to better food and a lot more protein (mainly meat) so that may be your answer?

It will since you are picking weight to many times and not to sound to harsh but you are short and so if yo pick up on weight you wont even gro you want to get mucles or get skin eat healty and also exercies like todo push ups and pull up.

One of my brothers started lifting weights when he was pretty young and now he's the shortest of any of the boys in my family (he should be well) We told him not to but he didn't listen.
So based on this i don't suggest it. Why don't you jumprope, or stretch, their are other forms of excersize you can do.
