well there's nothing much else to say but that he buggs me about it all the time even though me and the guy aren't in a realtionship so is he jelous or curious cause i think he's friends with the other guy but not sure. i am very confused and he is really annoying.

He probably has a crush on you. It depends though, if you guys have been good friends for awhile and he genuinely cares for happiness, then he might be trying to help you out. On the other hand, if he's friends with the other guy and he is warning you, then I would opt out of this one. He probably knows something you don't know.

He's probably curious or just wants to bug the hell out of you. I went out with this guy and like 10 random people bugged me about him. Literally all of his friends bugged me about him. It could be that he likes you, you never know.

just ask him to shut up!
tell him directly that unless he is interested in you, stop making comments and bug you! this may just shut him up.
or maybe... he is interested in that guy?! haha....
talk to him is my advice.
