All of your symptoms could be attributed to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. By being fatigue all the time ,could also relate to Hypothyroidism. You are also exhibiting the symptoms of Depression by sleeping for long hours which is a common malady in young adolescents. Suicides are common at this stage.

Don't be offended if I may also interject another possibility to consider: Pregnancy. due to the variable mood swings. these mood swings are also common in the adolescent stage which is very normal due to the raging hormones and the rapid growth. Feelings of ambivalence would also be attributed to your problems. You are at a vulnerable stage. You are not a child anymore and yet you are not yet an adult. These can give you confusing thoughts and conflicting messages. .

It could also be the lack of proper and balanced diet. and nutrition. Sometimes, for a vegan, there are no proteins present which are required for adequate growth and energy.

Just by sleeping for long hours do not account for a restful sleep. So the quality of the sleep is impt. If you are getting enough REM sleep; this would in turn lead you to be more fatigue the whole day. Depresssion might contribute to you staying in bed. It just become a whole viscious circle compounding your problems.

I strongly suggest to monitor how you feel at which period of the month. It might also be due to the prementrual cycle blues. Maybe you don't like school. It might help to improve your attitude towards school. Do you have friends at school? Do they feel the same way?

Have you discuss this with your parents ? How about a student counselor. Sometimes, you might find a sympathetic ear if you'll just open up channels of communication and not keep all these feeling embattled and turmoiled inside you; thereby aggravating your anxiety.

I strongly urge you to approach your parents about your problems. You might discover that all these problems are just normal at your age. However, I strongly urge you to concentrate on improving your diet. You need other foods of the four food groups for adequate nutrition esp proteins which vegans do not get enough of.

You should see a Dr. and have cortisol levels and all hormones checked. Low cortisol will cause fatigue, nausea and vomitting, especially in the morning if you don't get enough sleep. Since cortisol is controlled by pituitary, pituitary hormones should also be checked like thyroid and repro hormones (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone). If some are low they could be causing your depression.
