well when ever this guy and me pass by each other in the hallway he'll look at me and make eye contact. then look away for a second and look back. He wont stop until were out of each others sight. He also smiles at me. Does it mean anything

I know what you mean... I have THE SAME problem! I'm not sure but I think that he may like you, but he's too shy to make a move. Meaning... Make the first move! that's only if you like him of course

if he doesn't talk to you then he is shy, and doesn't know how to make a move and wants to let you know by not telling you that he likes you by looking at you a lot. try to make communication with him and see where it goes from there
