stretch your back with fingers laced and palms up over head
stretch your calves by pressing your foot against a wall until you feel it stretch.
grab your angle and pull upward
touch your toes.

No, you do not need to stretch after only half an hours walk.

Do you know that having an hour long walk is equivalent to a five minute sex session is the same? Its got something to do with the muscles you use in both exercises!

it would probably be good if you did but i dont think its absoluteley neccessary...you should stretch out your quads : try getting on your left knee, putting your left hand in front of your knee on the ground for support and using your right hand, grab your left foot. it sounds kind of awkward, but just try it. repeat on your other leg too. try sitting on the ground in a straddle postion and reach forward. do some lunge stretches to stretch out your calves.
