smell their fingers after scratching their hair, under their armpits, the glory 'ol behind and so on? I mean, come on now!

I think that they are checking if they stink and need to take a shower cause if it itched then somethings not to fresh in those places and most likely they are sweaty... I don't know about scratching my arm pits and smelling my fingers... But, I have done one of those stretch my arm up to see if I need some more deodorant... But, the man reason I think that people scratch there butt is because they didn't wipe to good earlier...

I think some people find it irresistible to sniff the smells our bodies produce, keep in mind that even thou you may find it disgusting, it is only their own bodies they are sniffing (at least I've never seen anyone wanting to sniff someone else's stink).
So, it's kinda like your own farts smell ok but others don't.

No, what I REALLY hate is when some1 has a runny nose and they keep wiping it across their arm so there is this nice gistening trail of snot!

LOL......they probably dont bathe very often and are doing their occasional "stink check" or something. It's pretty bad etiquette, though.

i ve' seen that in a zoo. the chimpanzee defecated on his hand and lobbed it at the people then he smelled his hand
