She is 11 months old. She was getting bigger (8lb) and then one day she came home really skinny. She was only 4lb. And now she has hard milk. and she sleeps more than she used to. She looks like she is hurting and I want to know if there is anything I can do or give her to make her feel better? Please, serious answers only!

I think your best bet is to take her to the vet. Is it possible she had these kittens some where else and something got them, like a dog or other animal and now she is depressed?

You need to take her to vet. Sounds like she's got an infection going that needs to be treated.
You should also have her spayed and keep her indoors.
