The chocolate that brightens up the entire day is a day of "Milky Way Midnight". It is made of Dark, luscious black chocolate shell coating and a layer of sweet caramel and a layer of white marshmallow inside, fantastic taste.
Another would be Swiss chocolate, Swiss has high quality milk cows and their environment is clean due to the presense of fresh mountain spring and grass. So their caramel filled chocolate is truly alluring.
Last would be chocolate ice cream---Haagen Dazs!!

The best brand of chocolate I ever had was Villars but I think you can only get it in Switzerland.
In the US we can get a lot of good brands of chocolate: Lindt, Cadbury, lots of others.
Actually, Hershey puts out a really good product. My favorite thing is to take a square of milk chocolate and a square of dark chocolate and pop them into my mouth at the same time. Yummy!

I like Ghirardelli chocolate. I usually don't buy chocolate bars but I bake so I have blocks, and chips at home. My favorite is Semi-Sweet. Sweeter then dark but darker then milk. It's perfect.

Dark chocolate is the best for you can cook with it.
Dark chocolate goes great with chily and even with chicken. I love to cook with it.
