Wow...well, call her whatever you want while in bed (as long as she likes it), but I would refrain from calling her that in front of her mother. It's demeaning and a little disgusting.

Sugar **** is an old saying. i personally have not heard it since the 80's.SUGAR **** is a homemade pacifier made from sugar wrapped in cloth. in slang when a man says it to a women it means he'd like to suck her sweet ****. Hope that was helpful.
