i can exercise but like i exercise 10 min 6 times a day

You should try to exercise for 20 minutes 3 times per day. Your heart rate needs to accelerated for a sustained period of time to take the weight off.

Fat (with exercise and a healthy diet) generally comes off at a rate of 1-2 lbs per week. Five lbs is a bit of a stretch and would most likely be water weight.

They just upped the workout for women now its 60 to 90 minutes a day we store more fat then men yuck i have to do tae-bo and walk etc to loose 5lbs a week too. my body looses slow, eat the same stuff everyday too can be boring but that will help in the long run good luck.

You need to also watch your diet.
Read the book "Ultrametabolism"
The weight will fall right off.
