I wonder cuz it seems like it automatically make the teeths move when you wear next invisalign cuz they are designed in advance. Anyway you need to wear it , finally you teeth will be moved to fit the invisalign tray. cuz i don't wear all twenty-two hours.

When teeth are moving pressure on the tooth causes the bone in front of the tooth to be resorbed and a microscopic space to appear behind the tooth. This space has to be filled with new bone for the tooth to settle into its new position. Consequently if you don't wear your invisalign trays to support the teeth the body will not be able to lay down the new bone where it needs to and you won't end up with as good and stable a result as you presumeably want having invested all this money in moving your teeth around. The more you wear your trays the better the result and the happier you will be!

Did you know that invisalign has a 50% failure rate? I didn't until my trays started not to fit. Wear them as much as possible. Trust me!

That's why orthodontists go to school so long....do you have your degree...think not...do what doc says, or you'll be sorry down the road!
