yeah it is normal it took my friend about a week before they could open their mouth fully again.

Yes it is, and sorry to hear, I remember that pain.
Follow your Dr.'s instructions to the letter, especially to keep your head elevated and to use ice 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. Also if he OK's it, an additional anti-inflammatory such as Advil-but check first, as most post-surgical prescriptions have a combination of pain killer and anti-inflammatory.
From personal experience, get someone to go to a health food store & buy you Arnica gel for the facial area, and Arnica pellets for dissolving under the tongue.
They are mild, don't interact with any medicine, and will increase your pain relief exponentially.
Saying a prayer for you to get some decent sleep & feel better quickly.

Yes it is normal. A. your swollen and soar from the surgery it's self. B. your jaw is soar from being kept open for the procedure!
It took me like a week before I could open my mouth. It took me a long time to start to eat normal, I was affraid to chew with the "holes" in my mouth! IT felt weird for a while!

Oh yes...I ve got all my 4 pulled out and I was for 1 week. I look like a squirrel stocking up for the winter! But worse of all I was in so much pain. Are you on pain killers? Just be patient and you will be fine..
Eat alot of ice Cream :-)

Yes. I didnt have wisdom teeth pulled, but i had six others and an absess tooth and i couldnt open my mouth. i was on pain killers for like a week. trust me its normal. take some pain killers and eat mooshy food. apple sauce, mash potaotes will become you best friend.

It is normal. When I got mine pulled I could barely open my mouth for at least a week!
If you are really worried about it you can always call your dentist or oral surgeon.
I hope you feel better soon! :)

this is normal, the swelling is probably causing problems. Keep swishing with the medice and try to stretch you jaw periodically. if it hurts, to push too hard.

yes, this is normal, but it will go away in a few weeks.
also, eat a lot of ice cream and drink a lot of milkshakes.

haha im sorry, but it's totally normal. it should be swollen yea? it'll stay like that for about a week, but it'll get better, no worries.
