Her eyes smile and personality. For the second question it means he really likes the girl. When I get a gf i dont go by 100% looks. Just as long as she is decent in my eyes and she is sweet. To me a girl can be average and have an awesome personality and be really pretty. Also a girl can be really pretty but have a bad personality that think she is ugly. Hope this answers ur question.

1) face, hair, general figure, smell (light perfume or drenched ?) clothing (style, what is revealed, what is hinted at), personality (shy, bold, drunk, aggressive, amused), makeup (avoid Tammy Faye Baker!)
2) He thinks the "hot" girls in the room are taken, or out of his league. He think he can do better than the "ugly" girls, so he has SOME self confidence. Basically, he's interested !
