I want to ask this girl out, but Its very hard to figure out when and where. I see her almost every day coming back from lunch with her friends, should I try to get her aside then? Or should I try to get her attention in the parking lot in the morning?
Or do you have any other ideas, or do you have an opinion about any of mine?

yeh dont do it while all her friends are around, she may get embarrassed and say no even if she wanted to. Although if you know any of her friends maybe you could mention that you like her and see if she is seeing anyone first then see if the friend can introduce you.
Just do things casually, if you make too much of a big deal about asking someone out it can be a bit offputting as they can feel under too much pressure if its some big date like dinner or something when they dont know u first. You didnt say if this was a school or office or whatever situation but maybe just asking her something about school or work may be a good idea first then say something like that you see her around almost every day but never really got to speak to her before, and that you'll be in the canteine at the break if she fancies meeting up for a coffee or whatever. Just keep the pressure off and dont seem too keen. good luck!

if you are shy, get her at the parking lot in the morning and take her contact number as she may be rushing off for work.
if you are not afraid of rejection, approach her when you see her coming back from lunch and ask her.
you need to be sure that you really want to know this girl better. if you are very very very sure, then even if she rejects you for the first time, try again the second time, otherwise the third time etc. unless she tells you she has a boyfriend, keep on trying.... but dun ever try to stalk her.

you should ask her out when she comes back from lunch thats the best time cause she's in a good mood and not cranky from getting up in the morning plus she will love that you came to her and not making her come 2 u. hope this helped good luck!!

humm lets see ..
well if you know her for a while .. ask her on a date and take her to her favorite place to eat ...
or write her a cute little note asking her out ...
or you could pull her aside and ask her ..
or you can always her he a stuffed animal and bring it to her in the morning and ask her ...
make sure its cute ..
order some flower and have then brought to the school .. and write a letter and ask her out ..

anytime is the right time if she likes you ....doesn't matter where you ask her out...just do it...it will be easier when you get out of high school to get rejected...but you need to learn rejection now..
hope you don't get rejected.....grow some balls of steel....i did after high school and i do pretty good for myself

i would try talking with her when you have a free moment probley out side. it all depends on when you feel up to it.
