check out those Core Training videos. you do normal exercise while balancing on a ball. really beats your abs up. supposedly works wonders.

Cardio is also very important. You probably have to burn enough calories to keeps your BMI low.

Change your life-style.

Be active... work out.

Eat all you like and anything you like everyday but do it in a span of less than four to six continuous hours - pig out - the remaining eighteen to twenty hours a day are for using up what you've already enjoyed.

Break all the rules any time you need to but get back in the saddle again as soon as possible.

Drink, drink, drink. (I like sugared coffee and sweet-iced-tea but suit yourself.)
