Ok

The phrase “It is her quinceañera” should be said like this in Spanish:

Es su quinceañera.

(Note: The word “su” does not specify if the quinceañera is of a boy or a girl. However, we know that it is a girl whose “quinceañera” is referred to, since only girls get quinceañeras, not boys.)

"Es su quinceañera"... people don´t speak like that, at least south of the Rio Grande. I agree with our friend. If you refer to the fifteen years party, you should say "Es su fiesta de quince años" or "es su fiesta de quinceañera".

if you say it is her quinceañera in good Spanish it means it is her fifteen year old girl ( like she is the mother of a fifteen year old ) if what you want to say is that it is her quinceañera party or celebration you should say it is her quinceañera party ES SU FIESTA DE QUINCE AÑOS (which is the correct way ) or ES SU FIESTA DE QUINCEAÑERA ( also very much used in Mexico )

No, "es su fiesta de quinceañera"

or Es su fiesta de quince años.

"su" applies for both male or female.

Es su quinceniera sounds like it was translated out of a book, While Es la quinceniera de ella sounds more cultured!
