I only started this diet 5 days ago, in 4 days I lost 5 pounds (158-153) but I cheated last night and had a small bag of chips. I weight myself and now I'm 154. Should I give up? I'm 5'7 154 Lbs (currently) 27 years old Male. My diet consists of lean meat, chicken breast, egg whites, 2 L of water (a day), small piece of cheese ever other day and lots and lots of fruits and veggies. Also I exercise ever other day.

5'7" and 154? That's what I'm supposed to be at...and I still have about 15 pounds to go. You're at the right size.

No-no, you're on a roll. It's ok to indulge every once in a blue-moon, really. You're doing great! Good luck!
