Sit the cups in a little hot water just before you try and dislodge them. This slightly melts the edge jello and allows the whole thing to slip out.

Make them in little disposable cups and poke little holes in the bottom so that there is no suction and the jello comes out easier.

You could also put them in paper cups so you could turn them inside out. Or you could make the whole batch in thin pan and cut them up and put them in plastic cups.

serve them with a toothpick on the side - they can loosen them with that.
or set the shots in a warm water bath before serving to melt the edge

add 1/2c extra juice to keep the consistency a bit more liquid. and use the little paper dixie cups meant for bathrooms so you can just squish it out as a last resort.

warm water is great...when you're sober.
a nice finger sweep works well after you've had a couple drinks.
