do you wear your hair up in a ponytail, when i do that i get a headache and my scalp is sore

When I get sinus trouble my scalp is very tender and sore.
You do need to get it checked out by a doctor, we cannot diagnose your problem via the computer... Best Wishes

Could be a number of things

blood pressure
sinus infection
time of the month just ending or starting
weather change
not enough sleep ,,too much sleep
stress
on the comp too much

Go see your doctor ,he will tell you exactly whats wrong!
