Any one that has a low amount of sugar and fat, while also having as much whole grain as possible is the best you could eat.

Kellogs puts out so many cereals, I don't know what you mean by "the plain one". Two of their healthiest cereals is All-Bran, and
Cracklin oat bran. This last one is soooooo good and so good for you!

Grape Nuts. Euwell Gibbons ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euell_Gibbons ) usta say they tasted like "wild hickory nuts".
