Yes, that is a normal weight. However, much lower and you risk being underweight, which can cause problems. The steady rate of exercise you're doing seems fine, however, and you're likely a very healthy person.

If your 5'7, I heard 126 lbs and under is considered under weight. I am 5'7 and weighed 130 lbs last year and everyone kept saying I was way to skinny and needed to gain weight. If your 5'7-5'8 you should be around 135lbs to 169 lbs I was reading on the internet.
