wats a good way 4 a 14 yr old to gt a 6 pack? im not fat nd i dont wnna buy stuff

for a male, 200 crunches...that means EVERYDAY....if you need to you can work up to it...crunches really aren't that bad...sit ups are the ones that are a pain...with crunches there are many different positions in which you can do them...so it makes it easier to do all 200...legs bent on floor,legs bent in air,legs bent and you tilting up with elbow to knee first right then left...etc...put a 15 to 20 pound dumbell on your stomach and breath deep in..sucking stomach in and breath out..in other words letting abdomen pump the dumbell up and down.

Exercise, and don't eat crap like mcdonalds and other fast foods too often. Try doing a cardio work out about 3 times a week, and alternate this with another simple sport of your choice, such as jogging or swimming. You probably won't start to get a good 6 pack for another couple of years, because thats when your testosteroe kicks in and makes you a MAN.

If your 14 eat healthy and exercise. Currently your at the stage in your life in which your abdominal area can go ether way; fat or a 6 pack.

while working oiut lay on the floor and put like a 10 lb weigght on your stomach and then do sit ups and that will relle helpp.. GOOD LUCK!!

work out ur abs and lower back. u have to work lower back too or u wont get 6 pack

Try doing sit-ups and crunches. Both have been around for AGES. ;)

Sit ups... 100 a day... its pretty easy if you have five minuites to spare.
