It's been a while since I've seen or talked to this girl (8 or 9 weeks ago). We only dated a few times, but I really started to like her. Things seemed to be going well and then one day she totally stopped texting, phoning, emailing, etc. I tried to contact her a few times and nothing. I still think of her a lot even though I've gone out on other dates since. I want to forget her but she sticks around in my mind. Any suggestions?

I think she is telling you that she does not want to pursue the relationship and/or you are not compatible. Why pursue a dream which is not likely to succeed? The fact is you are going out on other dates is a sign that you are prepared to move on. There are many other girls out there. You already provided yourself with the best solution - go out with other dates and forget her. Don't miss the forest for just one tree.

It sounds like she wasn't the type that you wanted you are only thinking about her cause you don't know why she didn't get back a hold of you. There was no closer in your mind with her... Some woman are like that... They are not the right ones for you. You sound like a good guy... Keep looking you will find the right one for you...
Good Luck to you!!!

confront her face to face.
bring closure to the relationship,
instead of being left to drag on a random road with no
answers.
go ask her.
unless she's far away and its more complicated, then
forget the girl, who needs somebody who wont even show enough common curtousy to respond to your messages?

if you really care about her that much, you;re not going to forget her. there is no majic way to forget about the people we care about. they become part of your life and they stay with you. it just becomes easier to think about them without missing them over time
