really, the only difference between dayquil and Nyquil is an antihistomine that relaxes you a little in the Nyquil. Most of the time it is the same medice that is in Benedril.

if there was caffiene or something in it, it would have to be listed, like in Excederin Extra Strength (has aspirin, caffiene, and Acedomedophine (sp?))

As I recall it is the same as NyQuil without the alcohol. You should be fine.
