Are you suggesting that Christians never kill in wars?

If you think that "killing in wars" isn't Christian, you need to pick up a history book. Yes, he's a Christian, and considering the tenets of Christianity, a pretty good one.

That's not flowers and sunshine in your holy book. It's blood and death. There is violence, and war, and death all over the Bible, and now the whole world is seeing what happens when someone who believes what that book says gets into a position of power.

Some things that Bush have said are completely terrifying. For example, he said that god wanted him to be president, hitler said the same thing we he took power in germany. Bush technically is a christian, but I dont think he even knows what the religion is about. he sent our young men and women into iraq to die for something that really has nothing to do with the future of america. he pulled most of our troops out of afghanistan, which is where they should be, and moved them to iraq. all of you that support the war in iraq, i have only one question: why the hell are we there? weapons of mass destruction, links to bin laden? both have been shown to be false intelligence created by the bush administration. he has lied to the american people and misled us. is there a reason we are in iraq at all? the only thing i can come up with is oil. thousands of americans have died there just so we can have a dollar or two knocked of our gas prices. what has happened to america?

Because he's also a Texan, and if this *is* the holy war that revelation talks about (not saying it is.)...we have alot more to worry about than Bush and the war.

Personally I think there would be alot more deaths if we weren't killing over there.

and don't give me the "But our American soliders are DYING!" I know that, over half of my cousins and brothers are serving or have served. But, they DID sign up for it. It's not like there is a draft or anything.

Technically, Bush hasn't killed anyone. He's sent this countries armed forces, by virtue of approval from Congress (the officials we elected to speak for us) to do the killing.

We had our chance to stop this madness before it ever got started, but people were so messed up over 9-11, they didn't give a rat's patooie what Bush did.

So here we are.

Lincoln was a Christian, and killed in war. Washington was a Christian, and did the same. Joshua was commanded by God to go to war, same with David. I gather we should not have gone in to Europe, killed Nazis and liberate death camps? Immature thinking.

Redflag. The Hebrew is "You shalt not commit murder."

Why is everyone so quiet about the SLAUGHTER of Christians by Muslims that is going on in the Sudan ? Are you telling us that Islam is a faith of Peace ? Yeah , right !
