This guy i have a crush on found out i liked him but he found out the wrong way and it scared him off(i'd say what happened ut its a long story). He sorta ignores me now but he will blush sometimes when i talk him. Apparently all his friends know i like him so im wondering if thats why he acts different now. Im at a loss for what do.

Don't do anything just act like nothing happen and in time the awkwardness will fade away. I think once that feeling goes away he will feel more comfortable and hopefully he will come around and start talking to you.

If i were u, i will deal with it on a reverse effect meaning right now all the attention falls on you.. people behind or around you, you are the topic of their day.. what u should do is.. keep it down, if anybody ask u or tease u just bravely admit it and treat it as nothing happened. If u accidentally bound on him, just smile and dont even bother to talk more to him, till he finds that u are not that bad actually. When u seems not to be bothered by what happened, this so called 'hot topic' will slowly fade away and seems not interesting anymore. For him, let him do the decision, its the same thing when u seems not to be bothered eventually he will be curious and probably noticing why is that so.. for that whos know what happen next.. get what i mean? The younger you two are, the harder this is to fix.
If he's 15 or older, there should be no problem at all; just laugh about it with him.
At any age, you could literally say "What can I do to bribe you to talk to me again?" It's almost impossible for him not to respond to that somehow or other.

talk to him a lot and tell him how you feel but also tell him you want to be his friend if he doesnt like you that way..if you want...plus...its immature of him to not talk to you about it...just talk to him :)
