I really want to eat healthier, but I'm always on the go, which makes fast food so tempting. Any suggestions on what I might try?

If you stop in various offices during the day, try stashing Lean Cuisine there and it is only 5 mins to microwave and eat!

My husband and I are super busy and always on the go. We researched all the fast food restaurants so that we know which serve the heathiest foods. All fast food places are now required to provide info on what they serve.
Mostly, we like the market sandwiches at Arby's, chicken or bean burritos from Taco Bell, and now most fast food joints have a variety of salads to choose from.

Buy some healthy food and before you go to bed prepack your food so it is ready to go for the next day that is what I do.
