ok, there is this really cute guy in my school, junior high,and i like him. i have his email, phone number....everything. and he gave them all to me. i email him all the time and at all of our emails he writes i love you. and he says he wants to always keep in touch with me no matter what. we never called eachother yet but i want to call him really bad! my parents know i like him, isn't that the bast, and he is the smartest kid in his class and i know my parents should let me hang out with him because he is really focused on his grades. i need help. what should i do?!

hii dear !! see i think he loves u a lot, but what the main problem he must be facing is that he is CONFUSED !! it usually happens, i think one shud not think whether the boy shud start or a girl shud, if one loves someone than there is never a think called "U first ": , it shud be " me first" and about him what i think is he must be confused that whether he will be able to manage his life wid u or nt?? or might some problem he must b facing, so i think u shud not take it for a chance and go and call him, ask him , discuss ur problems with him, and ttry to understand his problems and rsolve it!! I m damn sure he will turn up to u anyhow!
See just start talking wid each other , know each other very well, try to evaluate urself and try to judge whether u both r happy wid eachother or not. and than just flew away and enjoy the life of love,, !!!
and one more thing if ur parents know that u r in love wid him than i think if he also loves u than might b his parents must also b knowing that he loves u , but what i think is that frankly speaking u both r in school, and might b the parents of him must have told him to concentrate on studies and u dont have to fall in wrong things any how, this might b the case or as u said he is very much focused on studies than he might think that if he calls u and u people start talking can also harm his studies, so what i think just u shud start and call him and start talking with him and tell him that it will nt create a problem if we talk with eachother for a while to ur studies if this is the case , what i think so !!

Okay, he definately likes you.
You are rather young to go out on a date, so you shouldn't do that...
I suggest you spend a lot of time with him at school. Do you share any classes with him? Spend time during your classes together. Talk to him, ask him questions. Maybe you should join a club together. Like Yearbook or whatever else you have.
Oh, and if you want to call him so bad, then just call him. He says he wants to keep in touch no matter what.

Talk to him in real life and see how he reacts if he acts flirty then flirt back and see how it goes from there if not just be friends.
Also you could always just go for it and ask if he likes you, its a quick and easy solution!
