I am looking for excersices i can do at work, or anywhere else when i have free time to help build arm strength. W/o weights (cant very well carry em around can I. Im looking for non-conventional stuff i already know i could do pushups and what not.

stomache vaccumes , butt clinches, crunches are very unnoticable and you can do them in a chair.

I put a few catalogs and phone books in my computer bag and lift that.

Isometric exercises work well too. you may look goofy doing it.
