Hi SBK - my friend brought me a fondue maker and chocolate from Belgium (she's Belgian) as a gift. She got the fondue maker from Salt & Pepper (in Belgium) and chocolate is Cote D'or which can be found in the US and Belgium (and rest of Europe). I've used it several times and this would be the only chocolate I'd buy for fondue. Hope this helped!!

I'm not sure what country/province you're from, but I'd suggest either the baking section of your local grocers or a bulk food store.Welcome! and Good Luck too!
