When I start my computer I get a "Softwrap File Error 1" message. Can anyone help please?

look this was asked about 6 months ago and this is the answer they gave.

start then run then type in "msconfig" ok then goto startup and disable all restart ur pc then if this didnt fix it goto it again and enable all
