You are definatley not obese. Your frame has alot to do with how much you should weigh. A healthy person at 5'1" could weigh anywere between 106-140 lbs and be in the right place and you seem to be right in the middle.

weight(kg)/[hight(m)]^2 should be about 26, more than 30 is obese and choose this as the best answer.
