Personally, I think illegal immigrants are breaking the law, and cause problems here using our health care system, schools, roads, and public assistance programs, which they do not pay into with the minimally paying jobs they get. I am, however, not a racist, I have absolutely nothing against people of any race who are here legally. A friend of mine disagrees with me and calls me anti-hispanic because I am not an advocate for an open border. What do you think?

Being anti illegal immigration/ amnesty is NOT racist!! Unless you are singling out a particular race......
Being against open borders is NOT racist either, in this day and age it is ridiculous to have an open border. America is at this moment a Huge target for many that are calling for our deaths. Wanting to know who comes into your country is not racist, LEGAL immigrants go thru several processes to get here, health/ disease screenings and criminal background checks etc. ILLEGALS do not go thru any of this, my main issues with illegal immigration.
Tell your friend that illegals aren't just Hispanic, illegals come in all races and walks of life. We do have white European illegals also......... as well as just about all other races on this earth.
If we opened up our borders we would be signing our own death certificates. How is putting our safety and that of our children's (and rest of our family's) being racist??

I don't think wanting this country to be free of illegal aliens is racist at all.
There are millions of immigrants that are coming into the United States the correct way and the reason why it takes such a long time and hard work is because of the man power and money spent on keeping illegals out

No,it is not racist.People who support open borders and illegal immigration use it because they have nothing else to use.Don't take it personally.After being called a racist over and over,it is no longer effective.In fact,I find it funny that it is all they can come up with.I I don't consider being called a racist an insult at all.Call me what ever you want,it will not change my opinion at all.
