Had a almond oil message a long time ago, want to use it on my girl friend. What is best to buy, the regular almond oil or the sweet almond oil. Suggest place to possiby buy, I remember heating up the almond oil so it was warm when applied to the back.

i am a certified massage therapist. i would suggest looking at biotone.com or massage wearhouse.com. you can get massage oils there better then going to a store. there made for massaging and offer different things. good luck. some store are good not all but the quality of lotion matters to the body. some are more sensitive to it then others.

Definitely sweet almond oil. The other one is bitter almond oil and contains some dangerous toxins. You don't want that laying around the house.

Hmm.. i dont know much about almond oil. but had tried baby oil,and K&Y massage oil are grrrreaat!
