If you're looking for a reason to justify buying Outlook 2003, then save your money. The differences are minimal.

However, if you need to buy Office 2003 (or later) for other reasons, then it's worthwhile upgrading the Outlook since it comes included.

outlook 2003 provided some additional features which is more afforded our needs
