What Happened to my documents?

Everything is missing in my documents. My music, my pictures, my videos ..everything. I cant find them in the recycling bin and I tried restoring it but nothing worked. Please Help!!

When did you notice they were missing, do you share a computer, did you recently install new app or program????????????????????????????????????
