I really dont want to live with my dad anymore I hate him hes mean and calls me swear words and I really want to leave but my mom woulnt come and pick me up.

Does your mom know how you feel and how your dad treats you. He is being emotionally abusive and a judge should know. How old are you? Are you old enough to decide if you don't want to go to your dad's anymore? I don't think a judge would make you continue to live in such an environment. If you can't tell your mom tell a teacher or a counselor or some other adult that you trust.

Becca, I'm sorry you're experiencing this. It must be painful. Call your Mom and ask her to come get you for the night.
This can be a difficult situation for you and for your parents. Talk to a school counselor or a clergyman about your feelings. If your dad is swearing at you, that's abuse. A caring adult can help. Best wishes.

I gather that you are still at school and are hoping that your school has some sort of guidance counsellor - talk with them about your home situation or if not them, your GP.
I don't get what's up with either of your parents behaviour but I am a mother of four and I would walk any distance to be with my children and if they needed anything - I would drop everything.
Are there any extended family members you could perhaps live with or who could intervene on your behalf.
Find an adult, talk to them and if they don't get it - find someone else to tell.

If you are over 13 in most places, your custody is your choice. It sounds like your dad verbally abuses you, which is never okay. If your mom won't help you, find another adult like a teacher and ask them for help. Don't stay somewhere where you do not feel safe.

Shame on your Mama! Honey, it doesn't sound to me like Mama material. I do not know how old you are, so hard to say how to handle this. Is there a relative that you could turn to talk with?

your parents are the ones who make the decisions till you r18 so be good and get your homework done so you can go to college and get a good job and make them both proud.

When you go to court for custody, mentions that he verbally harasses you and you don't like it. You "don't feel safe in the house" and they'll probably put you with your mother.
