i am not sticking anything in my mouth that is brown black and mushy.that just sounds gross..............lol

Banana bread actually calls for that, not so brown and black but certainly mushy.

Yes, only in breads or cakes though. Do not eat unless you want something really sweet. Also would be great for Ice Cream in the Spring and Summer.

thats when i usually make banana bread or smoothies because most banana recipes call for overripe bananas

The only person I know who does that is my grandmother. She loves them that way, but this is also a woman who will eat just about anything.
