No, it just means that that attempt has been sucessful. Not all matings are sucessful even after the dogs tie.
The only way you can be sure if your dog is pregnant is to bring her to the vets and have a x-ray done is about 3 weeks after the tie.

No, it depends on how many times they get tied up and the health and age of he dogs, it is never a sure thing, get x-rays 2-3 wks after to know for sure.

only if they're both not fixed then yes.don't breed,we already have too many animals for pets.try the humane society to adopt a great friend.
