If you just have vegetables and cheese as toppings, you can probably leave it out for a day or so -- certainly overnight. There are some breads that have vegetables baked into the top that will stay fresh for a day or two.

If you have meat toppings, don't let it sit out for more than 4 hours, and if you let it sit out that long, you need to toss out what hasn't been eaten.

Meat will spoil faster than vegetables, but vegetables will eventually spoil, too.

In my experience, pretty darn long! I've accidentally left pizza out over night (sealed up at least) and I've eaten it the next day! LOL Tasted fine to me and it didn't make me sick! The only thing that you should be worried about is if it has any meats on it, then I wouldn't recommend eating it, but if it's just veggie items and cheese, no prob! Cheese doesn't go bad too quickly.

Delivery pizza in the box will last for about 3 to 4 days in the fridge, but should be quicker if your refrigerator is broken

it depends on the toppings. If there is meat, then I wouldn't eat it if it has been left out all night. If no meat, I would eat it after being left out all night, it fact I have many times while in college. Great breakfast. I'm still around and I will be 61 in April so judge for yourself.

Food should not be left out over 4 hours. However, I have seen pizza left out overnight and people eat it. Not me.
